Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders are shipped with Australia Post. Parcels will be left at your address if safe to do so or a card will be left for collection. Orders over $250 may require a signature upon delivery. We can ship to your street address, PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

 

AUSTRALIAN  SHIPPING PRICES

Regular postage- FREE

all orders are wrapped in tissue paper, ribbon and decorations may also be added depending on purchased items.

DISPATCH & DELIVERY

Regular Post (3-5 business days) - orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. This may be longer during our large sales and public holidays.

WA, NT and rural deliveries may take extra time. 
International Shipping

RETURNS POLICY - AUSTRALIA & NZ

Full priced items may be returned within 15 days of your order being shipped. You can choose an exchange, a Store Credit or  cash back which needs to be given on the card made with purchase.

All returns must be received by us within 14 days of your return request.

All return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Your return will be processed within 3 business days and we will notify you by email.

Terms & Conditions of all returns

  1. Colour differences and floral print placement are not considered to be a fault. Monitors can display colours differently. We strive to represent all our products as accurately as possible. If you have any questions regarding colours, please contact us before ordering.

  2. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you pack your return safely and take note of your tracking details.

  3. All products must be returned in new condition with original tags still attached. The items cannot be worn, scented, washed, damaged, broken, or altered in any way.

  4. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges will be shipped back to you with FREE Regular Post. We provide one free exchagne per order.

  5. You must request a return within 15 days of the date your Order was marked as shipped to be eligible for a return.

  6. Returns must include your name and order number so we can identify your return. Without these details we will be unable to process your return.

  7. Returns must be received by us within 14 days of lodging your return in our Returns Portal. Your return will be automatically cancelled after this date.
